Conrad Teachers and Educational Assistants will be calling all families on the afternoon of September 8th and September 9th to notify them of their child(ren)’s orientation session on either September 10th or 11th. The orientation sessions will be 2 hours in length – 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. or 12:45 to 2:45 p.m. Your child will only attend 1 orientation session next week. Staff will also inform families of the class designated areas for line-ups and door entry and exit for the 2020-21 school year.
Orientation Days have been structured alphabetically by last name. The outline is:
Thursday, September 10 – 9:00-11:00 AM – A to H
Thursday, September 10 – 12:45-2:45 PM – I to R
Friday, September 10 – 9:00-11:00 AM – S to Z
All students will attend full days beginning September 14th at 8:57 a.m.to 2:53 p.m. Kindergarten students will have a different schedule than those in Grade 1-5. A letter for Kindergarten students has been mailed home.
